On the morning of March 3, the new semester work conference of the Library (Cultural Heritage Department) Trade Union was held in the conference room on the seventh floor of the library. Zhu Shigui, secretary of the Party branch, and all trade union members attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Tong Yunjuan, chairman of the labor union.

First of all, Zhu Shigui fully affirmed the achievements of the labor union work of the library (the Ministry of Cultural Heritage) last year, thanked all the union members for their dedication and hard work, and put forward guiding opinions on how to further strengthen the union work in the new semester, and put forward new ideas. The specific work points of the semester's union work: the preparation and convening of the secondary teacher's congress of the library (the Ministry of Cultural Heritage); the upgrading and reconstruction of the teaching staff's home; starting from the enhancement of cohesion and innovation, the development of distinctive cultural and sports activities; strengthening the labor union Organization building and team building of trade union committee members.

Tong Yunjuan made a brief review and summary of last year's work, and combined with the actual work to think and plan the specific work of the new semester. Subsequently, all trade union members combined their own work practices to have a lively discussion on the work of the trade union in the new semester. Unanimously agree to implement the school's relevant condolences and mutual assistance policies; ensure the democratic rights and interests of employees; guarantee the distribution of benefits; timely grasp the members' thoughts and living conditions. At the same time, we will give full play to our library’s fine traditions, actively develop work ideas, and adhere to the work philosophy of“monthly activities, everyone can participate”, and continue to successfully host the“flowers and greens”environmental beautification competition with departmental union characteristics and the“centennial birthday”.•"Red Classics" singing and reading activities, outings in beautiful countryside, mass chess and card competitions, and various cultural and sports activities such as greenway walks, egg-making, photography, tea art, flower arrangement, sports and other interest groups to carry out activities.
