The meeting was chaired by Tong Yunjuan, Director of Reader Services.

Tong Yunjuan made a summary report on the work of the Reader Service Department in 2020. She said that 2020 is an extraordinary year. The new crown epidemic poses new challenges to the work of all librarians. All librarians in the Reader Service Department actively participate in the school's epidemic prevention and control, actively think, act actively, and work together to complete the whole Years of reader service and reading promotion work. Zhang Kun commented on the summary of the work of the Reader Service Department, announced the list of the "2020 Outstanding Service Librarians" of the Reader Service Department and congratulated the winners.
