On the afternoon of January 22, the library (the Ministry of Cultural Heritage) held a general meeting to comprehensively summarize the work in 2020 and make a comprehensive evaluation. The library (cultural heritage department) leadership team and all librarians participated in the meeting, and eight employees from outside units including the publicity department were invited to attend the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhu Shigui, secretary of the Party branch.
Zhu Shigui first conveyed the spirit of relevant school documents and put forward overall requirements for the summary work. At the meeting, the five library leaders gave personal reports on the five aspects of morality, ability, diligence, performance, and integrity. Then, the directors (supervisors) of 11 departments, including the Reader Service Department, Personnel File Management Department, and School History Museum of Pukou Campus, made summary reports on behalf of their departments through PPT. Everyone comprehensively summarized the work of the department in 2020 and made plans for the future from the aspects of work completion, main highlights, and work plans for the next year. Finally, all librarians conducted a comprehensive evaluation of each librarian.
It is reported that on the morning of January 22, the library (Cultural Heritage Department) was divided into 4 groups with the party branch as a unit, and the general librarian's work report for 2020 was summarized. The leaders of the branch library commented on everyone's work report. In accordance with the business characteristics of the functional departments under the jurisdiction of the branch, new requirements have been put forward for the work in 2021. The summary meeting on the afternoon of January 22 is also the first work summary meeting of the newly established library (the Ministry of Cultural Heritage). It will be held simultaneously in the main venue of Weigang and the branch venue of the Pukou campus in the form of video conference.
