In order to in-depth study and implement Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and strive to build a home for faculty and staff members who are satisfied and trustworthy, from November to December 2020, the Jiangsu Educational Science and Technology Trade Union launched a member review at the directly affiliated universities and scientific research institutes. As the main content of the "Three Mutual and Three Evaluations" activity, a notice was issued recently, awarding the title of "Four-Star Workers' House" by the labor union of our school library (Ministry of Cultural Heritage).
The "Three Mutual and Three Evaluations" activities include self-examination and self-evaluation, exchange and mutual evaluation, and comprehensive review. The school union leaders and the library (cultural heritage department) party and government leaders attached great importance to them and gave them strong support and careful guidance. The labor union of the Library (Ministry of Cultural Heritage) responded positively, comparing the "Nanjing Agricultural University Workers' Home Construction Self-inspection and Evaluation Rules" one by one, and earnestly carried out the self-examination and self-evaluation of the construction of employees' small homes, formed a self-examination report, and carefully prepared PPT. In the exchange report session on December 2, the labor union of the Library (Ministry of Cultural Heritage) was unanimously affirmed by the expert judges for its practical work style and rich work content. Finally, after a comprehensive review, our school's library (cultural heritage department) labor union won the title of "Four-star Workers' House" with outstanding performance.
Building a small home depends on everyone, and building a small home for everyone. The labor union of the Library (Ministry of Cultural Heritage) will take this "three mutual and three evaluations" event as an opportunity, adhering to the work tenet of "centering on the center to help development, serving teachers and workers to promote harmony", and strive to develop, innovate working methods, and continue to deepen the chemical industry. Work hard to improve the leadership, cohesion, service and innovation of trade union organizations, and make new and greater contributions to the school’s construction of a world-class university with agricultural characteristics.
