On the morning of October 19th, Hu Hu, deputy dean of the School of Tropical Crops, Yunnan Agricultural University, and a group of 5 people came to our school library for special research. Zhang Kun, deputy secretary of the Party branch of the library (cultural heritage department) of our school, and Tang Huiyan, deputy director (deputy minister) attended the exchange.

The exchange meeting was held in the conference room on the seventh floor of the library. Tang Huiyan first welcomed the arrival of visitors, and introduced the basic situation and current main work of our library to the visitors, and through PPT from the aspects of institutional setting, routine work, document resource construction, characteristic services, intellectual property work, etc. Give a detailed explanation to the guests. Based on specific work, Zhang Kun gave specific instructions to the guests in terms of integration of the four libraries, reader service measures, reading promotion measures, and smart library construction.

At the meeting, the two parties also exchanged views on the construction of the library's premises, utilization of internal functional space, informatization construction, and daily management.
