This competition is divided into a total of 8 departments (holes) more than 50 POTS of plants to participate in the evaluation, by each department of the flower intelligence officers formed a judging group, using the voting system, the plants to participate in the classification of anonymous vote. During the competition, the library trade union opened the QQ group of flower cultivation to provide a platform for librarians to share, communicate and cultivate flower experience and methods, which greatly aroused librarians' enthusiasm for plant conservation. The selection process improves the efficiency and fairness of the selection by optimizing the voting methods and perfecting the selection rules. Through careful plant maintenance, librarians have increased relevant knowledge and skills, beautified the office environment, stimulated the love of life, adjusted the work rhythm, improved efficiency, and displayed the vigorous vitality of harmonious and happy library.
