Due to the coVID-19 outbreak, graduates of the class of 2020 are required to leave school on June 18-20 and 28-30, respectively, and people should be avoided in the process of leaving school. In the face of the special situation in the special period, the leadership of the Library (Ministry of Cultural Heritage) attaches great importance to it. Director Ni Feng mobilized the whole library, and many departments of the Library (Ministry of Cultural Heritage) participated in the formulation of the work plan. Deputy director Zhang Kun, head of the branch, paid close attention to the implementation of the plan. With the help of other departments and colleges of the university, more than 5,400 graduates of the class of 2020 have successfully completed the procedures for leaving the library by June 30.

In order to successfully complete the library leaving formalities for graduates, the reader service department of the library (cultural heritage department) has made a lot of preparatory work: 1. Update the library leaving formalities guidance, and carry out multi-channel publicity through the library homepage announcement, WeChat public account, college coordination meeting and other levels. 2. Sorted out the current situation of books being borrowed by graduates of 2020, sorted out the list and sent it to each school, and asked the school to help inform the graduates to prepare for returning the books; 3. Open express logistics return channel for graduates who do not return to school in advance; 4. Through internal training, strengthen the examination and approval of postgraduate dissertations, shorten the examination and approval time from 1-2 working days to on-call and on-call, and complete the examination on duty; 5. Reformulate the standards for the examination of academic papers, proactively contact the authors who submit non-standard papers, and communicate opinions on revision, so as to improve the passing rate of electronic paper examination.

On the scene of leaving the school, tong Yunjuan and Gu Tianjian, two directors of the Reader Service Department, coordinated and coordinated on the front line in person: all the staff in the reader service department participated in the process, and the division of tasks was clear to individuals; At the east gate and the North gate, staff shall be responsible for the return of books that do not enter the library. Open all the computers in the information desk on site, add a laptop computer, and ensure that graduates can come and do it on time through four channels; Enhanced the staff strength at noon, evening and weekend, cancelled the closing of the school on Friday night, to ensure the timely processing of graduates; For the graduates to compensate for the lost books, the librarians are kind and patient, confirm repeatedly, and try their best to provide the book compensation scheme. Although the departure formalities are busy at the scene, they are orderly and flow smoothly. The graduates arrive and do it immediately. There is no crowding phenomenon caused by waiting in line. This year, the library (Ministry of Cultural Heritage) also exempted the class of 2020 from all late fees for overdue books, so that the graduates can feel the warmth of special care from their Alma mater.
