Ni Feng, curator (minister) of the Library (Cultural Heritage Department), Zhang Kun, deputy secretary and deputy curator (deputy minister) of the Party Branch, Tong Yunjuan, director of the Reader Service Department, Zhang Lixia, director of the Personnel Archives Department, and graduate and undergraduate counselors of various colleges attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Kun.

Zhang Kun first emphasized the meeting to the handle school 2020 graduate and the necessity and important meaning of file transfer, hope everyone together hand in hand, earnestly implement the each link, the file management of the graduates leave school formalities and students and transfer, to provide services will become the alumni of the graduates.

Tong Yunjuan gave a detailed explanation and guidance on the procedures for undergraduate and graduate students to leave school. Affected by the epidemic, the leaving procedures for graduates in 2020 have simplified the leaving procedures for undergraduate graduates, adjusted the way of returning books, and strengthened the collection and examination of electronic and paper versions of graduate theses.

Starting from the aspects of archiving, forwarding and inquiring and using of students' archives, Zhang Lixia puts forward specific requirements for the details of archiving graduates' archives, and emphasizes the matters needing attention such as the collection, sorting and forwarding of graduates' archives. The "no meeting file checking Service" carried out by the Archives has been fully utilized during the epidemic period. It is hoped that the counselors of all colleges can widely publicize this special service, improve the utilization efficiency of "no meeting file checking service", and serve the majority of teachers, students and alumni better.

Finally, Ni Feng sincerely thanks the counselors and teachers attending the meeting for their understanding and cooperation in work. He hopes that we can unite as one, strengthen communication and contact, brainpower and negotiate to solve various problems, and do a good job in student service.
