"Peking University magic weapon" is an intelligent one-stop legal information retrieval platform jointly launched by Peking University legal information center and Peking University yinghua technology co., LTD. Founded in 1985 in the department of law, Peking University, after more than 30 years of continuous improvement and improvement, is the most mature, professional, advanced comprehensive legal information retrieval system.
Our school has purchased four sublibraries:
1. Law and regulation retrieval system of Peking University
It contains over 1.96 million pieces of laws and regulations from 1949 to the present, including 9 sub-databases, including judicial interpretation of central laws and regulations, local laws and regulations, legal trends, legislative background information, sample contracts and documents, chinese-foreign treaties, foreign laws and regulations, laws and regulations of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and compilation and annotation of regulations.
2. Peking University talisman - judicial case retrieval system
Comprehensive selection of China's mainland courts of all kinds of cases and decision institutions announced the ruling and case; It consists of 5 databases: case and judgment documents, case report, arbitration award and case, bulletin case and case gist. The contents of the judicial case database are constantly updated, and by December 2018, more than 53 million cases had been included.
3. Law periodical retrieval system of Peking University
The law journal library contains 176 professional law journals, most of which are domestic dual-core journals with strong academic characteristics, providing users with the latest law research trends and information. Journal articles can be traced back from the latest publication data to the original publication and its predecessor. The database of law journals is updated once or twice a month, with a monthly number of more than 600 articles. The annual update volume is nearly 7000.
4. Peking University talisman - thematic reference retrieval system
For people to work in the legal practice to provide a better service, meet the professional requirements of the judicial practice experience, the north yinghua introduced a special reference library, from the perspective of judicial practice, the contents include the referee standard, practice, legal basis, and essence of art and techniques, law cases, literature, law yearbook, law tutorial six parts.
