Our school held the 2016 annual campus information project acceptance meeting

On the morning of December 13th, the 2016 campus informatization project acceptance meeting was held in the conference room on the first floor of the science building of the book and information center. All persons in charge of the construction unit of 2016 campus informatization project, experts of the acceptance group, and staff of the book and information center attended the meeting.

The meeting was hosted by ni feng, director of the book and information center. First of all, experts in the inspection group listened carefully to the summary and report of the construction of each project construction unit, and checked and accepted the materials.

The members of the expert group discussed and exchanged views on the acceptance of the project, and put forward Suggestions and requirements on the improvement of the problems in the project.

The expert group unanimously affirmed the achievements of campus informatization construction. The 2016 campus informatization project includes 16 campus informatization construction projects, including the comprehensive management and service platform for teachers and students, OA upgrade and mobile OA, official reception management, alumni management system, endowment fund system, welcome new students system, bidding management system and human resource management, which were unanimously accepted by the expert group.
