On December 1, the intelligent agriculture research institute of nanjing agricultural university was officially inaugurated. Prof. Zhou guanghong, President of nanjing agricultural university, and academician zhao chunjiang of the national agricultural informatization engineering technology research center jointly unveiled the smart agriculture research institute. Vice President Prof. Ding yanfeng read out the approval for the establishment of the institute, and Prof. Zhu yan presided over the unveiling ceremony.

The wisdom of agricultural research institute in nanjing agricultural university crop sciences national double top construction and advantage of jiangsu province "agricultural informatics" disciplines as the backing, with the state information of agricultural engineering technology center, system analysis and decision making key laboratory of agricultural NongCunBu crops, such as information of jiangsu province key laboratory of agricultural research platform for the support, system to carry out the agricultural big data, farming system simulation, NongQing remote sensing monitoring and agriculture intelligent equipment research and development work.
