On December 2, by the ministry of education of institutions of higher learning foreign language literature teaching steering committee, the ministry of education of higher school university foreign language teaching steering committee, ministry of education of vocational colleges and universities foreign language teaching steering committee and Shanghai foreign language education press at the 9th "foreign club cup" national college foreign language teaching contest finals ended in Shanghai international studies university. After three days of fierce competition in the national finals and finals, huo yujia, a teacher from our school of foreign languages, won the special prize in the business English major group (the first prize). This is the first time that our students have won the special prize in this competition.
This competition is for English majors, which includes three groups: English majors, business English majors and translation majors. Seventy-five regional champions from 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government gathered in Shanghai to compete on the national stage for the highest award of foreign language teaching in Chinese universities.
