In order to build a high-quality team, improve the cultural quality of librarians, and practice the concept of combining work and leisure, the "autumn 2018 team building" activity sponsored by the library labor union was successfully completed recently.

The content of this activity is to visit nanjing museum. After the expansion of nanbo with a history of 80 years, it is re-presented in the framework of "one institute and six pavilions". The librarians visited the historical pavilions, digital pavilions, special pavilions, republic of China pavilions and other pavilions with great interest. Digital library belt with multimedia interaction brings brand-new visual experience for librarians; The scene reproduced in the pavilion vividly depicts the life of citizens in the period of the republic of China.

In order to ensure that the normal work of the library will not be affected, this activity will be carried out in two batches in different periods of time. The activity is strongly supported by all librarians, and more than 60 people have signed up for the activity. At the same time, the activity advocates green environmental protection and low-carbon travel, and most librarians take the initiative to go there on foot. The development of the activity builds a platform for librarians to improve their cultural literacy, and strengthens their determination to make progress and forge ahead.
