Introduction of platform

The flora of China is now the largest and most diverse work in the world, with a total volume of 80 volumes, 126 volumes and over 50 million words. The scientific names, morphological characteristics, ecological environment, geographical distribution, economic USES and phenological periods of 31142 plants from 3408 genera of 301 families in China were recorded. The book is based on more than 80 research and teaching units in the country 312 authors and 164 graphic staff 80 years of work accumulation, 45 years of hard work to compile the final completion.

Won the first prize of national natural science in 2009.
